   Creative Care Limited received an overall Good rating following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-Led only, with previous ratings carried forward for Effective, Caring and Responsive. While the Safe domain was maintained at Good, Well-Led deteriorated to Requires Improvement due to absent auditing processes and persistent difficulties people and relatives experienced in contacting the management team.
