The service demonstrated strong person-centred care, effective governance, and a compassionate staff culture with no areas of concern identified.
Strengths
· People felt safe and staff demonstrated clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and reporting procedures.
· Robust medication management with MAR records, competency observations, and monthly medicine audits all found compliant.
· Staff received supervision, appraisal via 'Trust in Conversations' process, and a comprehensive training programme including e-learning and face-to-face sessions.
· Highly caring staff culture, with staff organising social events in their own time and demonstrating deep knowledge of individuals' preferences.
· Detailed, personalised care plans reviewed regularly, with people involved in decisions about how and when care was delivered.
