   Home Instead Senior Care (Sutton Coldfield) received an overall Good rating following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-Led only, with Safe rated Good and Well-Led rated Requires Improvement due to a failure to notify CQC of a notifiable safeguarding incident and the absence of a registered manager following a change of ownership. Care quality was widely praised by people and relatives, and the incoming management team had begun introducing new governance systems.
