Care just 4 U is a domiciliary care agency providing personal and nursing care to people living in their own homes. At the time of our assessment 69 people were using the service. We started our off site activity on 14 March 2024 and ended on 22 May 2024. The assessment was prompted due to concerns raised in relation to staff timeliness and training. We looked at 8 quality statements which included the key questions of safe and well led. We found the service had identified and responded to staff timeliness and training was in place or planned to meet people’s specific needs.
