   This focused inspection of AMG Nursing and Care Services (Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent), prompted by concerns about staff training, care planning and incident recording, found no evidence of harm and confirmed a continued Good rating for both Safe and Well-led. A recommendation was made to improve documentation of pain recognition for people unable to verbally communicate, but overall the service demonstrated safe, person-centred care with strong governance and an open, inclusive culture.
