The assessment was undertaken between 22 September and 21 October 2025. The assessment was carried out due to the length of time since the last assessment. The assessment was carried out remotely. We assessed a total of 33 quality statements. Office 510 (trading as Regional Home from Home and will be referred to in this way, or as RHFH, throughout the report) is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people in their own homes. At the time of our assessment there were 6 people receiving personal care. The service was supporting people with short term care packages through a Discharge to Assessment scheme. At the last assessment this service was rated Good. Staff were recruited safely. They worked well with people andhad a good understanding of their needs. People were positive about the support they received and the staff who supported them. We saw there were processes in place to ensure staff were given information about people before supporting them and they had the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any queries they had.The service worked well with the local authority to identify when people needed ongoing care, following the short-term package, and ensured a smooth transition to new providers. However,we found some areas where improvements were required.Care plans had been devised solely from pre-admission assessment information and people had not been involved after the initial assessment. Some care plans lacked key information and risk assessments to ensure staff knew how to support people and keep them safe. There was no effective system of governance in place to identifywhere improvements were required. The overall rating of this service remains good.
