Avant (Ealing) received a Good rating across all five key questions at its December 2023 inspection, maintaining the same rating as its previous inspection in June 2018. The service demonstrated strong person-centred care, effective governance, inclusive recruitment practices and robust partnership working with health and social care professionals.

· Cultural competency demonstrated through language-matching of care workers and culturally appropriate care delivery.
· Medicines administered as prescribed with real-time electronic monitoring, regular audits and prompt remedial action when issues arose.
· Robust staff training including bespoke and specialist training for specific needs such as learning disabilities, autism and dementia.
· Person-centred care plans regularly reviewed with involvement of people, families and professionals.
