Minor gaps in formal supervision frequency and person-centred detail within written care plans were noted but were being actively addressed by the management team.

Strengths
· People consistently reported feeling safe, describing staff as 'trustworthy', 'brilliant' and 'excellent'.
· Strong continuity of care with a small, consistent staff team enabling deep knowledge of individual needs.
· Safe recruitment procedures in place including DBS checks, photo ID and two references.
· Staff received training across a wide range of topics including dementia care, MCA, moving and handling and infection control.
· Person-centred care plans written in the first person, with people and relatives involved in their creation.
