SJOG Hospitaller Services Northern Supported Living was rated Good overall at this May 2023 inspection, with Safe, Effective, and Well-led all rated Good; Caring and Responsive were not inspected and carried forward from the previous 2018 Good rating. Minor issues were identified with medicine audit robustness and consistency of goal-recording in support plans, both of which the registered manager addressed immediately during the inspection.

· There were enough appropriately skilled and trained staff to meet people's needs flexibly.
· Staff supported people to access a variety of medical and health related services including GPs, district nurses, speech and language therapists, dieticians and opticians.
· Management team described as always available and supportive; staff felt personally and professionally supported.
