Everyday Living Care Ltd (Evesham) received a Good rating across all five key questions at its first CQC inspection in June 2019. The service demonstrated safe, person-centred care with strong leadership, consistent staffing, effective multi-agency working, and a culture that empowered both people using the service and staff.

· People received care at planned times with consistent, reliable staff who knew their individual needs well
· Medicines were managed safely with checks by the registered manager to ensure people received medicines as prescribed
· Strong, caring relationships built between staff and people using the service, with staff treating people with dignity and respect
· People and relatives were actively involved in planning and reviewing care, with care plans reflecting individual preferences and changing needs
· Effective joint working with health and social care professionals, including occupational therapists, to promote independence and well-being
