   SC Galaxy Care is a domiciliary care agency rated Good overall across the three key questions inspected (Safe, Effective, Well-led), maintaining its previous Good rating from 2018. The service demonstrated safe care delivery, effective staff support systems, and strong leadership with no identified breaches or areas of concern.

   Strengths

   • · Staff understood safeguarding responsibilities and processes were in place to report and manage allegations of abuse
   • · Medicines records were accurate, signed and completed with no unexplained gaps found in MAR charts
   • · Each person had a risk assessment and mitigation plan reviewed regularly to keep people safe
   • · Provider had an internal clinical advisory group including two registered nurses and a consultant physician available to advise staff
   • · Staff received regular supervision and annual appraisal to support professional development
