Date of inspection: 26 January to 24 February 2026. Lilyrose Care Group Ltd - Staffordshire Ltd is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people in their own homes who may be living with dementia, mental health conditions, drugs and alcohol misuse, eating disorder, a physical/sensory impairment and a learning disability or autistic spectrum disorder. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, Right care, Right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices and independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. This inspection was carried out due to the length of time since the last inspection. The overall rating for the service is good based on the findings of this inspection. People were supported by safely recruited staff, who had the skills and knowledge to provide effective support. There were enough staff available to provide consistent care and to meet people’s needs. People received their medicines when they needed them, and staff ensured people were protected from the risk of infection. People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives. People and relatives were involved in the planning and review of their care, which ensured people received personalised care in line with their preferences and diverse needs. People were supported by caring and compassionate staff who promoted choices in a way that people understood. Staff provided respectful, dignified care in line with their preferences. Systems were in place to monitor the service, and the provider continually looked for ways to make improvements to service delivery. There was an open culture within the service, where complaints were acted on and improvements made. People and staff could approach the management team who acted on concerns raised to make improvements to the way care was delivered

Minor gaps were noted in the complaints procedure's independent review provision and in ambulance-call documentation, both of which were being addressed at the time of inspection.
