   Tailormade Healthcare Head Office received a focused inspection of Safe and Well-Led only, retaining its overall Good rating from the previous 2018 inspection. No concerns were substantiated; the service demonstrated safe, person-centred care delivery and strong leadership with effective governance and partnership working.

   Strengths

   • · People had regular, matched staff who knew them well and delivered personalised, person-centred care aligned with individual care plans.
   • · Staff were trained in safeguarding, medicines administration, infection control, and moving and handling, with evidence of safe practice.
   • · Medicines records were audited weekly and staff checked supplies regularly to ensure medicines were administered as prescribed.
   • · The provider fostered an open, inclusive culture with high staff retention, regular supervisions, and staff feeling heard and valued.
   • · Effective partnership working with health and social care professionals, including multidisciplinary meetings and specialist referrals (e.g. SALT team, LA crisis team).
