   Eldercare, a small domiciliary care service in Malton, North Yorkshire, was rated Good overall following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-led prompted by a notification of alleged financial abuse. No evidence of harm was found, and the service demonstrated safe recruitment, robust governance, and person-centred care, with one recommendation to review 'as and when required' medicines guidance.
