   Humbercare Ltd Grimsby Office, a supported living service for 9 people with learning disabilities and autistic people, was rated Good overall following inspection on 24–25 July 2023. The service demonstrated safe, person-centred care aligned with Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture guidance, with strong leadership, effective governance, and no areas of concern identified.

   Strengths

   • · People felt safe with staff and reported no concerns; positive, meaningful interactions observed between staff and people using the service.
   • · Robust recruitment practices and sufficient staffing levels ensured continuity of care with consistent staff teams.
   • · Medicines managed safely with staff training and competency assessments in place.
   • · Care plans and risk assessments were person-centred, regularly reviewed, and involved people and their relatives.
   • · Strong learning culture with reflective meetings following incidents and an open, honest management team.
