The service performed well in caring and responsive domains, with staff described as kind and compassionate and care plans personalised to individuals' needs.
Mulier Care improved from Requires Improvement to Good overall, having remediated prior breaches in recruitment (Regulation 19) and governance (Regulation 17). All five key questions rated Good, with the single service user receiving safe, effective and person-centred care supported by robust systems and well-trained staff.
