   Apex Prime Care - Portsmouth improved from Requires Improvement to Good overall, with both Safe and Well-Led rated Good following resolution of previous breaches of Regulations 12 and 17. The service demonstrated effective risk management, safe medicines administration, robust governance systems and a positive person-centred culture, with only minor issues around COVID-19 policy currency and staff communication identified.
