   Care Preference Ltd, a domiciliary care provider supporting 39 people in York, was rated Good overall following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-led key questions. The service had successfully remediated a previous Regulation 17 breach, demonstrating improved governance, safe recruitment, and person-centred care delivery.

   Strengths
