Focused inspection of safe and well-led found the provider had improved sufficiently to no longer be in breach of regulation 12, lifting the overall rating from requires improvement to good. Shortfalls remained in medicines recording, staff medicines competency checks and record keeping for specialist feeding and medical equipment, partly impacted by a recent cyber-attack.
