Strengths
· People were safeguarded from abuse and avoidable harm with clearly recorded concerns and appropriate follow-up actions.

· Medicines were managed safely with detailed PRN protocols, STOMP principles followed, and regular medicine audits with learning shared.
· Positive and open culture with approachable management team; staff felt well supported and relatives praised management as exceptional.
