   RS Holistic Care Limited, a small domiciliary care service in Poole, retained its Good rating across the inspected key questions of safe and well-led, with people and relatives reporting high satisfaction and confidence in the service. A minor gap in risk assessment review timeliness was identified but promptly addressed by the registered manager during the inspection.
