SAP Care Services Ltd, a small domiciliary care agency in Tunbridge Wells, received a Good rating across all five key questions at its first CQC inspection in November 2017. The service demonstrated robust safeguarding, personalised care planning, effective leadership, and strong partnership working, with only a minor documentation gap around Mental Capacity Act consent recording that was promptly rectified during the inspection visit.
