   This was a targeted inspection of Phoenix, a domiciliary care agency supporting 27 adults with learning disabilities and autistic people across six supported living settings, focused on safeguarding and staffing concerns. Inspectors found people were safeguarded from abuse and supported by enough safely recruited staff, and the overall rating remained Good from the previous inspection.
