United Response - Durham and Darlington DCA received a Good rating overall following a focused inspection of safe and well-led domains on 30 November–5 December 2023, maintaining its previous Good rating from 2018. The service demonstrated strong person-centred care, effective governance, positive risk-taking culture, and robust safeguarding and medicines management for 27 people receiving personal care.
