   Easterside Community Hub, a domiciliary care service supporting 101 people, was rated Good overall, with both Safe and Well-led key questions rated Good. Recommendations were made regarding staff deployment to address inconsistent call timing and carer continuity, and quality assurance procedures to ensure care records fully reflect people's decisions and preferences.
