The service demonstrated safe, person-centred care delivery, strong leadership, effective staff support and robust quality assurance systems.

· People received consistent care from regularly assigned staff with no missed visits reported
· Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding knowledge and knew how to identify and report abuse
· Registered manager held reflective sessions with staff to apply training learning to practice
· Care plans were individualised and culturally sensitive, including halal food provision and translated service user guides
· Robust quality assurance including monthly spot checks, care plan audits, surveys and telephone feedback
