   This was a targeted COVID-19 infection prevention and control inspection of a supported living service with one person receiving personal care. The provider was assured on all IPC measures and had sufficient staffing, but the service was inspected but not rated.

   Strengths

   • · Robust visitor protocols including lateral flow testing, PPE provision, hand sanitiser and temperature checks to prevent spread of COVID-19
   • · Sufficient staffing levels maintained, with agency staff used to cover gaps
   • · All staff completed relevant infection control and PPE training; daily LFT testing for staff
   • · Registered manager conducted infection control audits in line with provider policies
   • · Daily cleaning schedule in place to maintain hygiene
