· People felt safe and staff understood how to manage and reduce individual risks with detailed risk management plans in place.
· Medicines were managed and administered safely, with staff trained and competency-checked before administering medicines.
· Sufficient staffing levels ensured all care calls were delivered on time and by familiar staff.
· Staff received thorough induction including the Care Certificate and ongoing training, and felt well supported through one-to-one meetings.
· People were involved in planning their care, with detailed personalised care plans including life histories, goals and communication preferences.
