· Robust safeguarding awareness among staff with clear escalation pathways internally and externally.
· Positive staff culture with high morale; staff felt valued and supported by an approachable registered manager.
· Strong quality assurance systems including spot checks, external audit (May 2023), and an active improvement action plan.
