   Bella Home Care improved from Requires Improvement to Good overall following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-Led domains, with safe practices around medicines, staffing and risk management now meeting requirements. Well-Led remains Requires Improvement due to audit delays caused by backdating checks to 2021, leaving some quality assurance gaps not yet self-identified by the service.
