Housing 21 - Goldfield Court achieved an overall rating of Good following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-led, improving from Requires Improvement at the previous inspection in March 2020. While the service demonstrated strong medication management, safeguarding, and recruitment practices, Well-led remained Requires Improvement due to restricted pharmacy choice undermining person-centred care, absent end-of-life care planning, and incomplete equality and diversity documentation.
