   CareService24 improved from Requires Improvement to Good across Safe, Effective and Well-led following a focused inspection on 16–20 June 2023, having addressed previous breaches of Regulations 12 and 17. People and relatives consistently reported feeling safe, well-supported and informed, with strong governance, medicines management and staff support systems now in place.

   Strengths

   • · Detailed, personalised risk assessments and care plans regularly reviewed and updated in consultation with people and families
   • · Medicines managed safely with trained staff, competency checks, monthly MAR audits, and clear PRN and topical cream guidance
   • · Robust recruitment with DBS checks, health screening and employment references completed before staff supported people
   • · Consistent small teams of care staff who knew people well, with adequate travel time between visits
   • · Comprehensive induction, Care Certificate support, regular supervision, spot checks and team meetings for all staff
