Transitions Care Fylde received a Good rating across all five key questions at its first inspection since registering in July 2017, with people and relatives consistently praising the compassionate, personalised care provided. A minor recruitment gap was identified and promptly rectified by the registered manager during the inspection.

: “checks had not been finished until shortly after new staff had completed their induction training. The registered manager made changes to recruitment procedures and practice while we were still on inspection.”
