Melton Care Services Limited was rated Good overall following a focussed inspection of Safe and Well-led, with Safe remaining Good due to strong safeguarding, medicines management and consistent staffing. Well-led deteriorated to Requires Improvement because of unrecorded provider oversight, infrequent staff supervisions, no staff meetings since 2022, and a gap in mandatory learning disability and autism awareness training.
