· Staff received regular supervision, appraisals, and a wide range of training including specialist topics such as epilepsy awareness and behaviours that may challenge
· Care plans were personalised, pictorial, and regularly reviewed with involvement of people and their relatives
· People were supported to access the community and engage in activities aligned with their preferences
