   This focused inspection of Dependable Home Care Services Limited, prompted by concerns about staffing, found the service to be Good in both Safe and Well-Led domains, maintaining its previous Good overall rating. The single gap identified — mandatory learning disability and autism training not yet completed — was promptly addressed by the registered manager during the inspection.

   Strengths

   • · Staff recruited safely with appropriate pre-employment checks including DBS, references and right to work.
