Follow-up inspection found Trinity Carestaff Solutions had made enough improvements to be rated Good in Safe and Well-led, removing it from Special Measures. The provider was no longer in breach of regulations 12, 13, 17 or 19, with stronger risk management, medicines, recruitment and governance systems in place.
