Date of assessment: 9 June to 9 July 2025. The service is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people with a learning disability and autistic people within their own homes. Not everyone who used the service consistently received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. People consistently told us they felt safe and well supported by a stable and familiar staff team. Staff demonstrated a clear understanding of people’s needs and preferences, and care was delivered in a way that promoted independence, dignity and choice. People were involved in planning their care and support, and staff worked collaboratively with external professionals to ensure good outcomes. The registered manager fostered a positive culture of learning and openness, and systems were in place to monitor quality and drive improvement. People, staff and others were given regular opportunities to provide feedback and make suggestions for changes which were acted on. The service was found to be meeting the underpinning principles of Right support, right care, right culture.
