Date of Assessment: 4 to 16 December 2025. DK Home Support is a care at home service registered to provide personal care to adults of all ages, including people living with dementia. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. The overall rating remains good. People continued to receive safe, effective, compassionate, and well-led care. Staff understood their responsibilities and followed clear policies to protect people from harm. Safeguarding was prioritised, and people told us they felt safe. Staff managed medicines in line with national guidance and consistently applied infection prevention and control measures. Care was person-centred and tailored to individual needs. People and relatives described staff as kind, respectful, and responsive. They said carers supported independence and choice, enabling people to remain at home and maintain their routines. Feedback confirmed urgent needs were addressed promptly and communication was effective. Leadership and governance remained strong. Managers promoted an open and inclusive culture, supported staff wellbeing, and ensured continuous learning and improvement. Quality assurance systems were robust, and digital tools were used to monitor care delivery and prevent missed visits.
