· People felt safe and described staff as kind and attentive, with a regular consistent team of carers.
· Safeguarding policies, procedures, and training were robust, with the registered manager demonstrating clear awareness of responsibilities.
· Risks were assessed and care plans were person-centred, reviewed before hospital discharge and updated to reflect preferences.
· Infection prevention and control practices were effective and PPE was used correctly.
· Lessons learned from accidents and incidents were analysed and cascaded to staff through face-to-face meetings.
