Strengths
· People felt safe and staff understood how to protect people from abuse, with appropriate safeguarding referrals made when needed.
· Staff supported people to have choice and control in their care, working in the least restrictive way in line with MCA principles.
· Cultural competency was strong, with staff able to speak with people in their own language where needed.
· Electronic medicine administration alerts ensured missed doses were identified and addressed promptly.
· Positive open culture with leadership going above and beyond contracted duties, such as organising ramp installation and providing food to those in financial hardship.
