   This was a targeted, announced inspection on 13 January 2022 focused on infection prevention and control and staffing pressures during the COVID-19 pandemic, and was not rated. Inspectors were assured across all IPC areas, finding strong policies, PPE use, testing, visiting arrangements and vaccination compliance.
