Primavera Domiciliary Care Services Limited was rated Requires Improvement overall following a focused inspection in November 2022, with breaches of Regulation 19 (fit and proper persons employed) and Regulation 17 (good governance) identified due to inadequate recruitment checks and ineffective management oversight. Despite positive feedback from people and relatives about caring staff, these regulatory failures—several of which had persisted unaddressed since the previous inspection in 2020—resulted in a downgrade from the previous Good rating.

· People received their medicines safely and as prescribed, with complete administration records and no gaps or omissions.
· Staff were trained and competent in infection prevention and control, with consistent PPE use confirmed by people and relatives.
· People and relatives spoke positively about support workers being kind, caring, and arriving on time, with communication when running late.
· The registered manager conducted regular spot checks, monthly medicines management audits, and infection control audits.
· Staff received training and support including specialist and refresher training, and felt supported in their roles.
