Churchill Health Care (Harrow) improved from Requires Improvement to Good across all three inspected key questions (Safe, Responsive, Well-led), having addressed previous breaches of Regulations 17 and 18 through an electronic call monitoring and care recording system. No current breaches of regulation were found and people, relatives, and staff gave consistently positive feedback about the service.
