   Focused inspection found The Social Care Ltd (London) had made sufficient improvements to no longer breach Regulations 12 and 17, with both Safe and Well-led rated Good. The overall rating improved from Requires improvement to Good, with positive feedback on medicines management, punctual visits, governance and culturally responsive care.

   Strengths

   • · People received their medicines safely and as prescribed, with regularly reviewed medicines care plans and dedicated medicines champions supporting other staff.
   • · Care workers arrived on time and stayed for the agreed time, supported by an electronic call monitoring system.
   • · Risks to people's safety and wellbeing had been assessed, were monitored and planned for, including health, nutrition, mobility and home environment risks.
   • · Suitable recruitment systems with identity and suitability checks plus induction with skills and competency assessment.
   • · Effective infection prevention and control with staff training, regular checks, PPE use and COVID-19 guidance compliance.
