The Peaches Healthcare Limited is a homecare agency providing personal care and support to people in their own home. At the time of the inspection there were 14 people using the service. Date of assessment 15 November 2024. This assessment was carried out without a visit to the location’s office. We used telephone calls to enable us to engage with people using the service and staff, and electronic file sharing to enable us to review documentation. The last rating for this service was good (published July 2019). We carried out this assessment as part of our routine schedule of assessments. The rating for this assessment remains good. We found that people were cared for and their needs were met. Staff felt well supported and received appropriate training they need to care for people safely. There were effective systems for monitoring and improving the quality of services and external partners gave us positive feedback about their experiences. We expect health and social care providers to guarantee people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices and independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ is the guidance CQC follows to make assessments and judgements about services supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people and providers must have regard to it.
