Strengths
· People consistently reported punctual, reliable care with no missed calls and a regular team of care workers.
· Medicines administration records were completed correctly and reviewed monthly by the registered manager.
· Care workers received comprehensive training including safeguarding, infection control, moving and handling, MCA, and specialist needs such as PEG feeds and colostomy care.
· Person-centred care plans included individual preferences, communication needs, equality and diversity information.
· Registered manager was open, transparent and proactively worked in partnership with other health and social care agencies.
