Dates of inspection: 22 to 25 September 2025. Reni Care Personnel Ltd is a domiciliary care service providing personal care to people in their own homes. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of the inspection, there was one person receiving personal care. The last rating for this service was requires improvement [published 18 January 2023] with breaches of regulation in relation to fit and proper persons employed. We undertook this responsive assessment to check the provider had followed the action plan we had required them to send us after their last inspection to show us they had addressed all the concerns we had identified and were no longer in breach of the regulations. For this inspection, we reviewed all 15 quality statements related to the 2 key questions, Is the service safe and well-led? For those key questions not inspected, we used the ratings awarded at their last inspection to calculate the overall rating. Based on the findings of this inspection we have changed their overall rating from requires improvement to good. This was because the provider had made enough improvements since their last assessment and were no longer in breach of regulations in relation to fit and proper persons employed. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. This was because the people receiving personal care from the provider had a learning disability. People received the right support. People’s needs were assessed, and care was delivered in line with their needs. People and their relatives worked in partnership with the provider to develop personalised care plans for people which reflected their preferences. The provider ensured that staff were safe and suitable to provide care and support by operating a robust recruitment process, on-going training and regular supervision. People received the right care. People’s care was person-centred and regularly reviewed. The provider ensured that they worked with health and social care professionals when supporting people. Staff ensured that people’s environments were clean and safe. The provider promoted the right culture. The service had an open culture within which the views of people, relatives and staff were encouraged, welcomed and acted upon. People were supported to be as independent as possible and skills around activities for daily living were taught.

· Care plans were personalised, based on individual needs and preferences, and kept up to date.
· The registered manager communicated well with people and relatives, visiting or calling often to check satisfaction.
· Infection control practices were satisfactory and people were happy with staff use of PPE.
