   Courtfield Healthcare, a domiciliary care service supporting 25 people, was rated Good overall following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-Led. Practice was strong across safeguarding, risk, medicines and culture, though three statutory notifications had not been submitted to CQC and new measures were put in place to address this oversight.

   • · Strong infection control practices and adequate PPE, following COVID-19 guidance
