· Rotas were well organised with appropriate travel time between visits and no missed care visits reported
· Staff completed Care Certificate induction with competency checks and shadowing before independent working
· Risk assessments including environmental and community access risks were completed and regularly reviewed
· People were supported by a small consistent group of staff with new carers always introduced by a familiar person
· Quality assurance systems including spot checks, phone calls, and care plan audits were in place
